利用超声扫频法和超声相位差法研制了氮氢比在线超声测定仪,说明了仪器的测量原理及组成结构,测试了仪器的性能。结果表明,该测定仪氮氢气体比例的测量误差<0.1%、测量周期<0.5s ;与工业生产中现行的工业气相色谱仪法相比,不仅同样具有检测灵敏度高的优点,而且还具有可实时测量、测量应用范围广、无损安全检测的特点,既满足了合成氨工业精确连续测量氮氢比的要求,又为其他二元流体的高精度实时测量提供了新思路。
利用超聲掃頻法和超聲相位差法研製瞭氮氫比在線超聲測定儀,說明瞭儀器的測量原理及組成結構,測試瞭儀器的性能。結果錶明,該測定儀氮氫氣體比例的測量誤差<0.1%、測量週期<0.5s ;與工業生產中現行的工業氣相色譜儀法相比,不僅同樣具有檢測靈敏度高的優點,而且還具有可實時測量、測量應用範圍廣、無損安全檢測的特點,既滿足瞭閤成氨工業精確連續測量氮氫比的要求,又為其他二元流體的高精度實時測量提供瞭新思路。

The online ultrasonic analyzer for measuring nitrogen-hydrogen proportion was developed by using ultrasonic frequency sweep method and the ultrasonic phase shift method .The working principle as well as structure of the analyzer was described ,and the instrument performance was tested .The result shows that the analyzer measurement error of the proportion of nitrogen-hydrogen can be controlled within 0 .1% ,and the measurement period is less than 0 .5s .Compared with gas chromatograph ,it is the analyzer which has not only advantages of high detection sensitivity and real time measurement , but also characteristics of wide measurement range and non-destructive safety testing .As a result ,it meets the requirements of industrial ammonia accurate continuous measurement of nitrogen-hydrogen ratio .What’s more ,it also opened up new avenues for the high precision real time measurement of other binary fluids .
