介绍了一种动态作用力测量系统。该系统由力传感器、测量电路和计算机组成硬件平台,采用LabVIEW设计数据采集软件平台。信号经测量电路放大调理并数字化后,通过 USB总线传送到计算机,实现动态作用力的实时采集、显示和保存,解决了目前载荷对比实验教学中,过程难记录、数据误差大的问题,同时为实验结果的定性、定量分析以及课程教学的拓展提供了平台。实际测试结果表明,所开发的动态作用力测量系统有效且实用。

This paper introduces a method to deal with dynamic force measurement and its realization ,which is designed for experimental teaching in load contrast tests .Dynamic force signal which is obtained by sensor is amplified and A/D converted by measuring circuit ,and is sent to PC through USB bus .The force waveform can be displayed and stored by the LabVIEW-based software system . Measuring results show that experimental data recording and precision problems were solved .This system also provides a platform for experimental result analysis and teaching style development .
