本文介绍了一种以H2SeO3、C6H4O6为主要成分的铸铁件常温发黑新工艺，其工艺配方简单、浓度低、污染小、操作容易、能耗低、工效高、发黑膜质量好，且性能良好，在铸铁件发黑上可以替代传统的高温碱性发蓝工艺，具有广泛的推广应用价值。
