以改善玻纤增强聚丙烯(GFRPP)复合材料注射成型“浮纤”现象为研究目标,加入不同用量的石蜡对GFRPP复合材料进行改性,考察了石蜡对GFRPP复合材料表面形貌、流动性能、力学性能和热力学性能的影响。结果表明,加入石蜡有利于改善GFRPP复合材料的“浮纤”现象,加入超过10份石蜡后,复合材料注塑制品表面基本没有玻纤外露现象。随着石蜡用量的增加,复合材料的流动性能显著提高,力学性能有所下降,结晶温度降低。
以改善玻纖增彊聚丙烯(GFRPP)複閤材料註射成型“浮纖”現象為研究目標,加入不同用量的石蠟對GFRPP複閤材料進行改性,攷察瞭石蠟對GFRPP複閤材料錶麵形貌、流動性能、力學性能和熱力學性能的影響。結果錶明,加入石蠟有利于改善GFRPP複閤材料的“浮纖”現象,加入超過10份石蠟後,複閤材料註塑製品錶麵基本沒有玻纖外露現象。隨著石蠟用量的增加,複閤材料的流動性能顯著提高,力學性能有所下降,結晶溫度降低。

In order to improve the“floating fiber”phenomenon of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene(GFRPP) composites by injection molding,GFRPP was blended with different proportions of paraffin wax.The effects of paraffin wax on the surface morphology,flow performance,mechanical properties and thermodynamic performance of GFRPP were investigated.The results show that the“floating fiber”phenomenon of GFRPP is improved by adding paraffin wax,when adding more than 10 phr paraffin wax,the surface of injection molding products has no glass fiber exposure phenomenon.With the increase of paraffin wax content, the flow performance of GFRPP/paraffin wax improved significantly ,while the mechanical properties and crystallization temperature decreased.
