目的研究依达拉奉治疗大面积脑梗死的疗效。方法将收治急性大面积脑梗死患者80例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用依达拉奉。观察两组疗效。结果14天及28天时治疗组总有效率及显效率均显著高于对照组、且死亡率更低（P均＜0.05）；24小时、72小时、第7、14、28天后治疗组的病灶及水肿带明显减小。结论依达拉奉治疗急性期大面积脑梗死能明显减轻脑水肿，缩小梗死灶。
목적연구의체랍봉치료대면적뇌경사적료효。방법장수치급성대면적뇌경사환자80례，수궤분위치료조화대조조각40례，치료조재대조조적기출상가용의체랍봉。관찰량조료효。결과14천급28천시치료조총유효솔급현효솔균현저고우대조조、차사망솔경저（P균＜0.05）；24소시、72소시、제7、14、28천후치료조적병조급수종대명현감소。결론의체랍봉치료급성기대면적뇌경사능명현감경뇌수종，축소경사조。
Objective To study the efficacy of Edaravone in treatment of large area cerebral infarction. Method 80 cases of patients with acute massive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 40 patients for each treatment group were treated with Edaravone in addition and observe the clinical therapeutic effect. Results After treatment of 14 days and 28 days,treatment group total efficiency and effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the mortality rate is lower (P <0.05); after treatment of 24 hours, 72 hours, 7,14,28 days, the treatment group lesions and edema was significantly reduced. Conclusion in treatment of acute massive cerebral infarction Edaravone can significantly reduce cerebral edema, reduced infarct.
