目的探讨中药抗癌1号和抗癌2号对肝癌细胞凋亡的影响。方法用1640培养基培养肝癌细胞(Hepg2)分别加入不同的抗癌中药一起培养,并设一组标准抗癌药和一组不加中药的培养。培养5d后,在倒置显微镜下观察细胞生长情况并拍摄图片分析,收集细胞计数。结果抗癌1号、抗癌2号、三尖杉和对照组细胞计数分别为1644.0±404.1、2345.0±169.5、2373.5±542.7、3410.3±377.3万个/ml,对照组明显高于其他组(P<0.05,P<0.01);加药三个组细胞均表现粗糙、颗粒多、易剥落凋亡现象。结论 抗癌1、2号和对照药物对肝癌细胞生长均有明显的抑制作用,促进癌细胞凋亡。

목적탐토중약항암1호화항암2호대간암세포조망적영향。방법용1640배양기배양간암세포(Hepg2)분별가입불동적항암중약일기배양,병설일조표준항암약화일조불가중약적배양。배양5d후,재도치현미경하관찰세포생장정황병박섭도편분석,수집세포계수。결과항암1호、항암2호、삼첨삼화대조조세포계수분별위1644.0±404.1、2345.0±169.5、2373.5±542.7、3410.3±377.3만개/ml,대조조명현고우기타조(P<0.05,P<0.01);가약삼개조세포균표현조조、과립다、역박락조망현상。결론 항암1、2호화대조약물대간암세포생장균유명현적억제작용,촉진암세포조망。
Objective To study Chinese medicine anticancer No. 1 and No. 2 on the apoptosis of hepatocellular carcinoma cells to anticancer effect of. Methods 1640 cultured hepatoma cells ( Hepg2 ) were added different anticancer Chinese medicine with culture, and set up a set of standard anticancer drugs and a group not plus traditional Chinese medicine culture. After 5 days in culture, the cells were observed by inverted microscope growth and shot analysis, collecting cell count.Results The of anti-cancer anticancer No. 1, No. 2, three sharp cedar and controls cell counts were 1644 + 404.1, 2345 + 169.5, 2373.5 + 542.7, 3410.3 + 3773000 / ml, control group was significantly higher than other groups (P<0.05, P<0.01 ); adding three group cells were shown to rough, granular many, easy exfoliation phenomenon of apoptosis. Conclusion: cancer 1, No. 2 and controlled drugs on the growth of hepatocellular carcinoma cells was significantly inhibited, promote apoptosis in cancer cells.
