目的探讨碘甘油预防术后咽部不适的效果及护理。方法将36例在全麻下行手术的患者随机分为常规组和实验组各18例。常规组采用控制饮食、应用抗生素的基础治疗方法；实验组在进行控制饮食、应用抗生素的基础治疗方法的同时，给予咽部涂拭碘甘油，每日2次，早晚各1次，持续涂拭3天。结果实验组的治疗效果明显好于常规组。结论碘甘油能够及时预防或减轻术后患者的咽部干燥咽痒、咽部充血及水肿、咽痛、异物感等不适症状，提高患者的舒适度，促进患者康复。
목적탐토전감유예방술후인부불괄적효과급호리。방법장36례재전마하행수술적환자수궤분위상규조화실험조각18례。상규조채용공제음식、응용항생소적기출치료방법；실험조재진행공제음식、응용항생소적기출치료방법적동시，급여인부도식전감유，매일2차，조만각1차，지속도식3천。결과실험조적치료효과명현호우상규조。결론전감유능구급시예방혹감경술후환자적인부간조인양、인부충혈급수종、인통、이물감등불괄증상，제고환자적서괄도，촉진환자강복。
Objective To study the effect observation of Iodine Glycerol in the treatment of pharyngeal discomfort after the operation and the nursing. Methods 36 cases of general anesthesia surgery were randomly divided into the normal-care group and the experimental group, and their were 18 cases in each group .The patients in the normal-care group only received basic therapy,including diet control and use of antibiotics while the experimental group not only adopted the same basic treatments but wipe Iodine Glycerol in pharyngeal,2 times a day ,every morning and evening , continue 3 days. Results The therapeutic effects of the experimental group were superior to the normal-care group. Conclusion Iodine Glycerol can effectively prevent and release pharyngeal discomfort symptoms of the postoperative patients , improve the comfort of patients and promote their recovery.
