随着中医药高等教育事业的快速发展，青年教师逐步成为师资队伍的主体。青年教师的职业发展关系着中医药高等教育的可持续发展，应得到足够的重视。结合中医药院校青年教师职业发展现状，提出团队建设是青年专业教师成长成才的有效载体。青年教师的教学、科研、临床能力的综合发展应扎根于团队之中，在强有力的引领下实现团队目标与个人价值高度结合，使得高校能够培养出更多适应中医药高等教育快速发展的专业人才。

With the rapid development of high-educated cause of the traditional Chinese medicine, young teachers are gradually becoming the main part of the faculty. Their professional development dominates the sustainable development of high education of the traditional Chinese medicine, which should be the top priority. Combined with the present condition on professional development of young teaching staff in the university of the traditional Chinese medicine, an idea should be raised up that the team construction in essence is an efficient carrier for their growth and excellence. Comprehensive development of teaching ,scientific research as well as clinical ability of young teachers should be based on the team work .Under the powerful leadership ,they will accomplish the combination of the team goal and individual values , which makes the university cultivate more professional talents adapting to the quick development of high-educated traditional Chinese medicine.
