以聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)合成用催化剂钛酸四丁酯(TBT)、钛酸四异丙酯(TPT)为对比,考察了自制钛系催化剂TY-3在PBT合成中对酯化时间、馏出液中四氢呋喃(THF)含量、缩聚时间、切片性能等的影响。实验结果表明,在相同用量情况下,使用自制钛系催化剂TY-3合成PBT,酯化及缩聚时间最短,馏出液中THF含量最少, PBT切片产品的色度最好,其最佳用量为70~80 mg/kg。中试试验效果较好,有望应用于工业生产中。
以聚對苯二甲痠丁二酯(PBT)閤成用催化劑鈦痠四丁酯(TBT)、鈦痠四異丙酯(TPT)為對比,攷察瞭自製鈦繫催化劑TY-3在PBT閤成中對酯化時間、餾齣液中四氫呋喃(THF)含量、縮聚時間、切片性能等的影響。實驗結果錶明,在相同用量情況下,使用自製鈦繫催化劑TY-3閤成PBT,酯化及縮聚時間最短,餾齣液中THF含量最少, PBT切片產品的色度最好,其最佳用量為70~80 mg/kg。中試試驗效果較好,有望應用于工業生產中。

Comparing with traditional catalysts used for synthesis of polybutylene terephthalate(PBT) such as tetrabutyl titanate and tetraisopropyl titanate,effects of self-made titanium-based catalyst TY-3 on esterification time,THF content in distillate, polycondensation time and PBT properties were investigated. The results show that under same conditions,when TY-3 is used for synthesizing PBT,esterification and polycondensation time are shortest,THF content in distillate is least,chrominance of PBT is best. The best content of TY-3 is 70~80 mg∕kg. The effects of pilot test with TY-3 are better and TY-3 is expected to be applied to industrial production.
