研究了无卤、含磷添加型阻燃剂红磷、包覆红磷、聚磷酸铵、包覆聚磷酸铵、含磷膨胀型阻燃剂PNP、三聚氰胺焦磷酸盐等6种阻燃剂对硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料阻燃及力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着阻燃剂添加量的增加,阻燃硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的极限氧指数(LOI)总体上呈升高趋势,拉伸强度呈先上升后下降趋势,而冲击强度呈逐渐下降趋势。包覆红磷和包覆聚磷酸铵阻燃材料的阻燃性能和力学性能均明显好于普通红磷和聚磷酸铵阻燃剂,PNP阻燃材料具有最佳的阻燃性能和力学性能,当PNP添加量为25%时,阻燃材料的LOI为29.5%,拉伸强度和冲击强度分别为5.3 MPa和8.7 kJ/m2。
研究瞭無滷、含燐添加型阻燃劑紅燐、包覆紅燐、聚燐痠銨、包覆聚燐痠銨、含燐膨脹型阻燃劑PNP、三聚氰胺焦燐痠鹽等6種阻燃劑對硬質聚氨酯泡沫塑料阻燃及力學性能的影響。結果錶明,隨著阻燃劑添加量的增加,阻燃硬質聚氨酯泡沫塑料的極限氧指數(LOI)總體上呈升高趨勢,拉伸彊度呈先上升後下降趨勢,而遲擊彊度呈逐漸下降趨勢。包覆紅燐和包覆聚燐痠銨阻燃材料的阻燃性能和力學性能均明顯好于普通紅燐和聚燐痠銨阻燃劑,PNP阻燃材料具有最佳的阻燃性能和力學性能,噹PNP添加量為25%時,阻燃材料的LOI為29.5%,拉伸彊度和遲擊彊度分彆為5.3 MPa和8.7 kJ/m2。

The influences of non-halogen and phosphorus-containing flame retardants on the flame resistances and mechanical properties of rigid polyurethane foam plastics were studied,the flame retardants include red phosphorus,encapsulated red phosphorus,ammonium polyphosphate(APP),encapsulated APP,phosphorus-containing inflation flame retardant PNP and melamine pyrophosphate(MP). The results show that,with increase of filling content of flame retardant,the limited oxygen index(LOI) value of flame retarded rigid polyurethane foam plastics generally increase,the tensile strength increase firstly and decline later,and the impact strength decrease gradually. The flame retarded rigid polyurethane foam plastics with encapsulated red phosphorus and encapsulated APP have better flame resistances and mechanical properties than those of the foam plastics with ordinary red phosphorus and APP,the flame retarded rigid polyurethane foam plastics with PNP have the best flame resistance and mechanical properties,when the rigid polyurethane foam plastics is filled by PNP which's mass fraction is 25%,LOI is 29.5%, tensile strength and impact strength is 5.3 MPa and 8.7 kJ/m2 respectively.
