针对乳液泵弧向出液按头在注射成型时强制脱模可能带来的不良品率过高的问题,设计了带有旋转侧抽芯机构的乳液泵弧向出液按头注塑模。该侧抽芯机构由气缸带动连杆进行圆弧旋转侧抽芯,减少了模具制造上的困难。浇注系统选用潜伏式浇口,能够实现凝料自动脱落。脉冲式冷却系统能够使模具达到快速均匀的冷却效果,极大地提高了生产效率。
針對乳液泵弧嚮齣液按頭在註射成型時彊製脫模可能帶來的不良品率過高的問題,設計瞭帶有鏇轉側抽芯機構的乳液泵弧嚮齣液按頭註塑模。該側抽芯機構由氣缸帶動連桿進行圓弧鏇轉側抽芯,減少瞭模具製造上的睏難。澆註繫統選用潛伏式澆口,能夠實現凝料自動脫落。脈遲式冷卻繫統能夠使模具達到快速均勻的冷卻效果,極大地提高瞭生產效率。

According to the problems that qualified rate is too low when arc outlet head of emulsion pump was forced to demould in injection molding process,the injection mold of the arc outlet head with rotary side core-pulling mechanism was designed. The arc rotary side core-pulling motion is realized through cylinder driving the connecting rod and it can reduce the difficulty of manufacturing the mold. Using submarine gate can realize pulling out freezing material. The selective impulse-type cooling system can achieve the uniform cooling effect when the mold is cooled with the system and improves productivity enormously.
