对高密度聚乙烯洗发水瓶的结构进行了分析。根据中空挤出吹塑模具结构的设计特点,基于Pro/E进行了洗发水瓶挤出吹塑模具设计。重点对分型面的选择、切坯口与余料槽、排气系统、冷却系统等关键部位进行了讨论。经生产实践验证,该模具结构设计合理、可靠,成型的塑件质量良好,具有良好的经济效益。

The structure of high density polyethylene shampoo bottle was analysed. According to the design characteristics of hollow extrusion blow mould structure,the shampoo bottle extrusion blow mould was designed based on the Pro/E software. The key points including parting surface selection,cutting mouth and remainder slot,exhaust system and cooling system were discussed in design. The production practice prove that the design of the mould structure is reasonable and reliable,plastic parts formed by the mould have good quality,and the mould has good economic benefits.
