目的探讨一岁以内的新生儿泪囊炎采取泪道探通联合置管术术后，有效眼部护理对临床恢复的作用。方法对200例（236只眼）一岁以内新生儿泪囊炎患者实施泪道探通联合置管术治疗，术后给予有效眼部护理，随访3—6个月，对临床效果进行观察。结果所有200例（236只眼）均治愈，235只眼完全治愈，成功率99.36%；1例（1眼）术后2.5月再次出现与术前相同症状，经医师检查为复发，再次行泪道探通联合置管术，术后完全治愈。结论采取泪道探通联合置管术治疗一岁以内的新生儿泪囊炎术后给予有效眼部护理，可明确提高手术治愈成功率。

Objective: Explore effects of effective eye care to the clinical recovery of an age of neonatal dacryocystitis after the treatment of lacrimal duct probing combined with catheterization technique.
