目的探讨与了解湖北黄石地区角膜疾病致病原因与治疗体会。方法 回顾分析我院2008年1月至2011年12月入院治疗角膜疾病进行统计学分析。结果 湖北黄石地区角膜疾病中，病毒性角膜炎居第1位，细菌性角膜炎第2位，真菌性角膜炎第3位。结论 湖北黄石地区病毒性角膜炎是最常见的感染性角膜疾病，病程长，易反复发作，是感染性角膜疾病致盲的首因。

목적탐토여료해호북황석지구각막질병치병원인여치료체회。방법 회고분석아원2008년1월지2011년12월입원치료각막질병진행통계학분석。결과 호북황석지구각막질병중，병독성각막염거제1위，세균성각막염제2위，진균성각막염제3위。결론 호북황석지구병독성각막염시최상견적감염성각막질병，병정장，역반복발작，시감염성각막질병치맹적수인。
Objective: To explore the etiology and understand the treatment of corneal diseases in huangshi region. Methods: A retrospective analysis of all patients clinically diagnosed infective keratitis presenting between January 2001 and November 2011 was performed to statistically analyzed.Result: Viral keratitis is the most commom corneal disease in huangshi region, followed by bacterial and fungal keratitis.Conclusion: Virus keratitis, because of its long duration and easy recurrence, become the most commom infectious corneal diseases and major reason that leads to blindness.
