目的探讨产后会阴侧切切口裂开的常见原因及防治措施。方法通过本院32例会阴切口裂开回顾分析。就其中切口裂开的各种原因进行统计，从而找出会阴切口裂开的主要原因。结果缝合技术、裂伤程度，会阴及阴道炎症、产程的延长是使产后会阴裂开的主要原因，在今后的工作中要重视对这方面的防治。
목적탐토산후회음측절절구렬개적상견원인급방치조시。방법통과본원32례회음절구렬개회고분석。취기중절구렬개적각충원인진행통계，종이조출회음절구렬개적주요원인。결과봉합기술、렬상정도，회음급음도염증、산정적연장시사산후회음렬개적주요원인，재금후적공작중요중시대저방면적방치。
Objective Study on postpartum episiotomy incision dehiscence of the common and preventive measures . Methods In our hospital 32 patients of episiotomy incision dehiscence retrospective analysis . The incision dehiscence of a variety of reasons for statistics , so as to find out the main reason of episiotomy dehiscence. Results Suture technique`splitting degree `perineum and guide inflammation ,lab or is the extension of postpartum episiotomy dehiscence reason , in future work should pay attention to in the aspects of prevention and control .
