目的探讨蒙药肉蔻五味丸对大鼠梗死心肌c-Fos蛋白表达的影响。方法 SD大鼠60只,随机分为正常对照组(C组)、心肌梗死模型组(MI组)、卡托普利治疗组(Cap组)、蒙药治疗组(MD组)。大鼠腹腔注射异丙肾上腺素(ISO)造模,Cap组和MD组分别给予卡托普利50mg/kg?d、肉蔻五味丸1g/kg?d灌胃,至各相应时段。称重并计算左室重量指数(LVWI),镜下观察心肌病理变化,免疫组化SABC法测定心肌c-Fos的表达。结果 MI组大鼠LVWI比C组升高,c-Fos表达在各时段比C组明显增加; Cap组和MD组与MI组相比,LVWI、c-Fos表达均不同程度下降。结论蒙药肉蔻五味丸可降低心肌梗死大鼠左室重构心肌的c-Fos表达,可能是其干预心室重构的机制之一。

Objective To study effects of Mongolian Drug RouKouWuWei Pill on expression of c-Fos in rats`myocytes following myocardial infarction. Methods Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group(C)、myocardial infarction group(MI)、Captopril group(Cap) and Mongolian drug group(MD). The models of myocardial infarction were given isoproterenol (ISO), subsequently drug- treated groups given captopril 50mg/kg.d、Mongolian drug 1g/kg.d respectively until this experiment terminal. Left ventricular weight indexes(LVWI) were calculated and proto-oncogene translated protein c-Fos was studied by immunohistochemical staining. The pathologic change of myocardium was observed with microscope. Results LVWI and expression of c-Fos in MI group increased significantly compared with normal control . LVWI and c-Fos decreased in Cap and MD group. Conclusion Mongolian Drug RouKouWuWei Pill can reduce the expression of c-Fos in rats` myocytes of ventricular remodeling following myocardial infarction, which may be one of mechanisms on the ventricular remodeling following myocardial infarction.
