目的通过检测了解托幼机构消毒效果情况，为制定有效防治措施提供科学依据。方法参照《辽宁省托幼机构消毒卫生标准（征求意见稿）》。在2011-2012年间对大连市内10所托幼机构进行消毒质量调查。结果2011-2012年共检测托幼机构各类样品963份，合格879份，合格率91.28%(879/963)，不同年份间合格率的差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。空气检测合格率为95.05%，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；物体表面检测合格率为86.98%，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，人员手检测合格率为93.56%，呈下降趋势，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)结论大连市托幼机构消毒情况较好，但仍应加大对托幼机构的监督检测，保证儿童身心的健康成长。

To understand nurseries disinfection, provide a scientific basis for the formulation of effective prevention measure1. [Methods] According to the methods offered by《Liaoning provincial hygienic standard for disinfection of nursery ( Draft for Soliciting Opinions )》to conduct bacteriological contaminat ion monitoring in 10 nurseries from 2011 to 2012. [Results] In Dalian from 2011 to 2012 nurseries a total of 963 samples were tested, 879 were qualified, a pass rat e of 91.28%. Different years, the difference between the passing r ate have no sig nificantly(P>0.05). Air test pass rate of 95.05%, have no significantly(P>0.05),the surface inspection pass rate of 86.98%, the difference have no significantly (P> 0.05). Hands of staff pass rate of 93.56%, showing a upward trend year by year , have a sig nificant(P< 0.05).[Conclusion] The effect of disinfections in urban kindergartens was better, but the supervision and inspection to the kindergartens should be strengthened to ensure the healthy growth of the children.
