目的探讨实施优质护理服务对rAd-p53联合同步放化疗治疗的鼻咽癌患者的影响。方法 分析69例采用rAd-p53联合同步放化疗治疗的鼻咽癌患者全程优质护理服务过程，调查统计患者满意度、依从性；平均住院日等指标，并与常规护理的患者进行比较。结果 与常规护理的患者比较，实施全程优质护理服务后，出院患者的满意度、依从性提高；平均住院日下降。结论 全程优质护理服务在提高鼻咽癌患者对治疗的依从性、满意度及康复中起着重要的作用。

목적탐토실시우질호리복무대rAd-p53연합동보방화료치료적비인암환자적영향。방법 분석69례채용rAd-p53연합동보방화료치료적비인암환자전정우질호리복무과정，조사통계환자만의도、의종성；평균주원일등지표，병여상규호리적환자진행비교。결과 여상규호리적환자비교，실시전정우질호리복무후，출원환자적만의도、의종성제고；평균주원일하강。결론 전정우질호리복무재제고비인암환자대치료적의종성、만의도급강복중기착중요적작용。
Objective:To explore the application of whole range of high quality of nursing care in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients treated by rAd-p53 combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods:69 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients treated by rAd-p53 combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy were investigated after application of whole range of high quality of nursing care. The degree of satisfaction, the Compliance and the average hospitalization days were surveyed and compared with the former cases that were not implemented whole range of high quality of nursing care. Results:After application of whole range of high quality of nursing care, the degree of satisfaction and the Compliance got higher, the average hospitalization days got lower than the former cases. Conclusion:The whole of high quality nursing care can improve the degree of satisfaction, compliance and recovery of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients treated by rAd-p53 combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
