目的探讨临床进行高压氧治疗时，不良反应及其并发症出现的原因及其处理措施。方法将我院2008年3月-2012年5月间进行高压氧治疗出现不良反应及并发症的126例病人的处理措施进行系统分析。结果高压氧治疗过程中，出现氧中毒的62例，出现气压伤的58例，出现减压病的6例，通过适当的治疗，所有患者症状均消失，无后遗症发生。结论高压氧治疗作为一种新的有效治疗措施，其独特疗效受到人们的极大关注，在现代医学领域中起着重要作用。HBO是一种相对安全的无创治疗，但HBO治疗时，高气压、高浓度氧及操作不当都有可能使人体遭受损伤，使患者出现病情加重甚至死亡，因此，临床加强高压氧舱的操作，对减少病人不良反应及并发症方面具有极其重要的意义。

Objective to explore the clinical and hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the appearance of adverse reactions and the treatment measures. Methods will be our hospital from March 2008-2012 May appear between hyperbaric oxygen treatment adverse reaction and complications of 126 cases of the patient's processing measures to carry on the system analysis. Results hyperbaric oxygen treatment process, appear oxygen toxicity of 62 cases, 58 cases appeared pressure injury, appear decompression sickness 6 cases, through the appropriate treatment, all symptoms were disappeared, no complications occurred. Conclusion hyperbaric oxygen treatment as a new kind of effective treatment measures, its unique curative effect by people's great attention, in modern medicine plays an important role in the field. HBO is a relatively safe noninvasive treatment, but the HBO treatment, high pressure, high concentration of oxygen and improper operation are likely to make human body suffer damage, make a patient appear illness and death, therefore, clinical strengthen hyperbaric oxygen chamber the operation, to reduce the adverse reaction and complications in the patients has very important significance.
