利用热致相制膜技术,选择三种常用的液体稀释剂(邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,1,4-丁内酯,磷酸三丁酯)、两种固体稀释剂(二苯甲酮,碳酸二苯酯),制备出PVDF中空纤维膜并对膜性能进行表征。当PVDF/稀释剂体系降温发生固-液相或窄的液-液相分离时,制得膜为球粒堆积结构,强度差,通量高。随着PVDF/稀释剂体系液-液相分离区的增加,制得膜转变为双连续结构,强度增加。
利用熱緻相製膜技術,選擇三種常用的液體稀釋劑(鄰苯二甲痠二丁酯,1,4-丁內酯,燐痠三丁酯)、兩種固體稀釋劑(二苯甲酮,碳痠二苯酯),製備齣PVDF中空纖維膜併對膜性能進行錶徵。噹PVDF/稀釋劑體繫降溫髮生固-液相或窄的液-液相分離時,製得膜為毬粒堆積結構,彊度差,通量高。隨著PVDF/稀釋劑體繫液-液相分離區的增加,製得膜轉變為雙連續結構,彊度增加。
이용열치상제막기술,선택삼충상용적액체희석제(린분이갑산이정지,1,4-정내지,린산삼정지)、량충고체희석제(이분갑동,탄산이분지),제비출PVDF중공섬유막병대막성능진행표정。당PVDF/희석제체계강온발생고-액상혹착적액-액상분리시,제득막위구립퇴적결구,강도차,통량고。수착PVDF/희석제체계액-액상분리구적증가,제득막전변위쌍련속결구,강도증가。
The effect of three liquid diluents (Dibutyl Phthalate, DBP; Tributyl Phosphate, TBP;Butyrolactone, BL) and two solid diluents (Dipropyl Ketone, DPK; Diphenyl Carbonate, DPC) on the membrane formation of Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) hollow fiber via thermally induced phase separation (TIPS) was investigated. The results of different diluents on the membrane morphology of cross section demonstrated that the morphology of DBP, TBP and BL were microspherolitic, and the morphology of DPK was imperviously spongy, and the morphology of DPC was bicontinuous.
