目的:比较口腔护理与普通护理专业大专生实习中期的职业认同感及自主学习准备度的状况。方法:对天津市某高职高专院校44名口腔护理班与46名普通护理班实习生进行问卷调查。结果:①口腔护理班实习生职业认同感及自主学习准备度均强于普通护理班(t=4.091、4.656,P<0.001);②口腔护理班实习生中独生子女的职业认同感强于非独生子女(t=2.052, P<0.05)。结论:专业的口腔护理人才教育除了关注专业教育的同时,还应加强其稳定的职业认同感和自主学习准备度的培养,真正做到“因材施教”。

Objective:To compare the professional self-identity and self-directed learning readiness between the stomatological and general nursing interns. Methods:We investigated 44 stomatological nursing interns and 46 general nursing interns in a high professional techonology school in Tianjing. Results: ① The mean scores of professional self-identity and self-directed learning readiness of stomatological nursing interns were higher than those of general nursing interns (t=4.091, 4.656;P<0.001). ② The mean score of professional self-identity of stomatological nursing interns who were in only-child was higher than that of interns who had brothers or sisters (t=2.052, P<0.05).Conclusion:We should cultivate and strengthen the stomatological nursing interns' stable professional self-identity and the self-directed learning readiness in professional stomatological nursing education.
