目的：构建4～11岁哮喘儿童家庭自我管理评价指标体系。方法：采用Delphi法，对16名专家进行两轮意见咨询。结果：经过两轮咨询，最终确立了3个一级指标、39个二级指标。两轮咨询专家的积极性系数均为100%，专家权威系数为0.92。结论：通过Delphi专家咨询法构建的4～11岁哮喘儿童家庭自我管理评价指标体系，各指标科学、可靠，对评价哮喘儿童家庭自我管理水平具有重要意义。

Objective:To establish asthma family self-management evaluation index system for 4 to 11 years old children. Methods:Delphi method was used to design index system and 16 experts were invited to participate the study. The questionnaire was consulted by emails or letters and we took two rounds of consultation. Results:In the evaluation index system,there were 3 ifrst grade indexes and 39 second grade indexes. The two rounds of consulting experts enthusiasm coefifcients was 100%and the overall authority coefifcient was 0.92. Conclusions:The asthma family self-management evaluation index system for 4 to 11 years old children is designed using Delphi method which is scientiifc and reliable. The results would have important signiifcance to evaluate the level of children asthma self-management.
