随着我国房地产市场的逐步完善和税制改革的不断深入，构建智能化、自动化的房地产评估信息系统，为客观、公正、科学、高效的房地产批量评估提供技术支持已成为房地产信息化发展的一个重要方向。本文采用B/S与C/S混合的网络架构，利用Visual C#2008＋ArcGIS Server＋ArcEditor＋SQL Server 2005＋Ajax＋Asp．net等平台工具，设计并实现了一个基于知识管理的房地产智能评估公众系统。通过实际应用，证实了该系统可以实现房地产的智能批量评估，系统具有自学习能力，提高了评估工作效率和评估结果的精确性。

With the gradually perfect of real estate market and continuous deepening reform of tax system, building an intelligent, automated appraisal information system of the real estate has become an important development direction of the real estate informationization to provide technical support for objective, fair, scientific and efficient real estate mass appraisal. This paper adopts the B/S combined with C/S network architecture, and used Visual C# 2008 + ArcGIS Server + ArcEditor + SQL Server 2005 +Ajax+Asp.net such as platform tools designed and implemented an intelligent real estate appraisal public system based on knowledge management. Through practical application, it confirmed that the system can realize intelligent mass real estate appraisal, has self learning ability, and can improve the evaluation efficiency and appraisal results accurate.
