Value Engineering is a theory to improve the value of a project. BIM is a newly developed technology applied in the real estate industry. The paper discusses the application of BIM & VE in real estate project management. Based on the difference between the two methods, we put forward a conception to combine BIM & VE in making project decision. The study will help real estate enterprises to improve the productivity and scientificity in project management.
