烧结机台车运行过程中跑偏，是烧结机设备运行的普遍问题，在烧结机检修期间，对烧结机平面轨道、回车道、头、尾弯道进行了部分更换，对尾部星轮齿板不同步现象进行了调整，有效地解决了烧结机台车跑偏问题，提高了设备作业。本文通过实例对烧结机台车跑偏的各种原因进行分析，并提出相应的处理方法，降低了烧结机漏风率，确保了烧结机的正常运行。

It is a common issue that sintering pallet meandering while sintering machine running .In the sin-tering machine maintenance period , the partial repair of sintering machine plane orbit , turn around, head, tail curves and adjustment of no synchronous phenomenon in the tail star wheel tooth plate can effectively solve problems about me -andering of the sintering pallet , and improve the equipment operation level .To reducing the risk of air leakage in sinte-ring machine and ensure the normal performance of the sintering machine , this some examples are gave to analysis all sorts of reason about meandering of the sintering pallet , and the some solutions method are provided .
