将粉煤灰作为调质剂对高炉渣进行调质处理,之后计算调质渣的酸度系数,检测其矿物组成与熔渣粘度随温度的变化情况,研究调质后的矿渣是否符合作为制备矿渣纤维原料的要求。实验结果表明,当矿渣酸度系数小于1.0时,矿渣中矿物以黄长石类为主,温度-粘度曲线出现明显的拐点。当矿渣酸度系数介于1.2~1.8时,矿渣以非晶态玻璃相为主,粘度随温度的变化较均匀,不再出现陡升现象,成纤温度区间变宽。

장분매회작위조질제대고로사진행조질처리,지후계산조질사적산도계수,검측기광물조성여용사점도수온도적변화정황,연구조질후적광사시부부합작위제비광사섬유원료적요구。실험결과표명,당광사산도계수소우1.0시,광사중광물이황장석류위주,온도-점도곡선출현명현적괴점。당광사산도계수개우1.2~1.8시,광사이비정태파리상위주,점도수온도적변화교균균,불재출현두승현상,성섬온도구간변관。
Tuning composition of blast furnace slag use fly ash as modifying agent ,Then calculate slag acidity coeffi-cient and detection its mineral composition and slag viscosity variation with temperature .Study of tuning composition of slag after compliance with the as prepared slag fiber raw material requirements .The results show that , slag is mainly in melilite when the acidity coefficient of slag is less than 1.0,and there is a inflection point in viscosity temperature viscosity curve.Slag is mainly in amorphous glass phase when slag acidity coefficient between 1.2~1. 8 ,The variation of viscosity with temperature uniformity and temperature-viscosity curve no longer appear steep rise interval,fiber temperature became wider .
