目的探讨对孕妇进行产前超声诊断对胎儿心血管急性的临床价值分析。方法对2011年12月---2012年12月来我院进行产前超声诊断的4380例孕妇进行回顾性的分析，对诊断为胎儿心血管畸形的孕妇进行随访调查，观察产前超生诊断这种方法的准确性。结果共检查出有28例胎儿有心血管畸形的现象，通过对患者进行相关的检查有21例诊断准确，7例拒绝进行尸体检查。结论对患者进行产前超声诊断能够在早期进行相关措施的干预，减少生理缺陷的新生儿数量。

목적탐토대잉부진행산전초성진단대태인심혈관급성적림상개치분석。방법대2011년12월---2012년12월래아원진행산전초성진단적4380례잉부진행회고성적분석，대진단위태인심혈관기형적잉부진행수방조사，관찰산전초생진단저충방법적준학성。결과공검사출유28례태인유심혈관기형적현상，통과대환자진행상관적검사유21례진단준학，7례거절진행시체검사。결론대환자진행산전초성진단능구재조기진행상관조시적간예，감소생리결함적신생인수량。
Objective To study for a pregnant woman to the clinical value of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal cardiovascular acute analysis .Methods In Decem-ber,2011-December 2012 to our hospital for prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of 4380 cases of pregnant women were retrospectively analyzed,the diagnosis of cardiovascu-lar malformation fetus of pregnant women follow -up investigation,observation of prenatal super living diagnostic accuracy of the method.Results A total of 28 cases have fetal cardiovascular malformation phenomenon ,through the study of the relevant examination in 21 cases of patients with the diagnosis accurate ,7 cases refused to the ex-amination of the body.Conclusion The patients can make prenatal ultrasound diagnosis in the early intervene measures,reduce the number of newborn physiological de-fects.
