目的：探讨经利巴韦林气雾剂诊治上呼吸道病毒性感染的疗效。方法：2012-03-17到2013-03-17，我科医治上呼吸道显现病毒性感染的小儿107例，随机将107例患儿分组：日常处理组（54例）与利巴韦林组（53例）。对日常处理组经常规的退热医治＋对症医治，对利巴韦林组经常规处理＋利巴韦林诊治。随后，比较日常处理组与利巴韦林组的疗效。结果：在日常处理组中，20例病毒性感染治愈；25例病毒性感染显效；9例病毒性感染无效。在同期的利巴韦林组中，36例病毒性感染治愈；16例病毒性感染显效；1例病毒性感染无效。显然利巴韦林组的疗效比日常处理组的好，P＜0．05。结论：经利巴韦林型气雾剂对显现病毒性感染的上呼吸道实施口喷医治、鼻喷医治，效用极大，具备很强的医疗使用价值。

목적：탐토경리파위림기무제진치상호흡도병독성감염적료효。방법：2012-03-17도2013-03-17，아과의치상호흡도현현병독성감염적소인107례，수궤장107례환인분조：일상처리조（54례）여리파위림조（53례）。대일상처리조경상규적퇴열의치＋대증의치，대리파위림조경상규처리＋리파위림진치。수후，비교일상처리조여리파위림조적료효。결과：재일상처리조중，20례병독성감염치유；25례병독성감염현효；9례병독성감염무효。재동기적리파위림조중，36례병독성감염치유；16례병독성감염현효；1례병독성감염무효。현연리파위림조적료효비일상처리조적호，P＜0．05。결론：경리파위림형기무제대현현병독성감염적상호흡도실시구분의치、비분의치，효용겁대，구비흔강적의료사용개치。
Objective :To investigate the therapeutic effect after infection of respiratory tract viral Leigh Bhave Lin aerosol treatment .Methods :2012-03-17 to 2013-03 -17 ,I Division cure upper respiratory tract viral infection in children appeared in 107 cases:routine treatment group (54 cases) and the Leigh Bhave Lin group (53 cases) .The routine treatment group with conventional treatment and symptomatic treatment of fever ,Leigh Bhave Lin group after conventional treatment + Leigh Bhave Lin diagnosis and treatment .Then ,compared the effect of routine treatment group and ribavirin group .Results:in the routine treatment group ,cured 20 cases infected with viral ;effective in 25 cases of viral infection ;9 cases were ineffec-tive virus infections .Ribavirin group in the same period ,36 cases were cured infection virus ;viral infection were 16 cases ;1 cases of viral infections . Obviously the effect of ribavirin group than routine treatment group ,P < 0 .05 .Conclusion :the Leigh Bhave Lin type aerosol on emerging viral infec-tion of upper respiratory tract mouth spray treatment ,the implementation of nasal spray treatment ,the maximum utility ,has the very strong use value .
