目的：探讨肱骨髁上骨折采用中西医结合骨折新疗法治疗预后观察。方法：本次共选择100例肱骨髁上骨折患者作研究对象，随机分组就常规西医治疗（对照组）与中西医结合骨折新疗法治疗（观察组）预后加以比较，回顾临床资料。结果：观察组选择病例临床总有效率为94％，显著高于对照组76％，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。观察组平均住院时间（47．1±5．6）d ，对照组平均住院时间（57．3±7．9） d ，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：肱骨髁上骨折采用中西医结合骨折新疗法治疗，可显著改善临床症状及体征，加快康复进程，提高生活质量，具有非常积极的应用价值。

목적：탐토굉골과상골절채용중서의결합골절신요법치료예후관찰。방법：본차공선택100례굉골과상골절환자작연구대상，수궤분조취상규서의치료（대조조）여중서의결합골절신요법치료（관찰조）예후가이비교，회고림상자료。결과：관찰조선택병례림상총유효솔위94％，현저고우대조조76％，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。관찰조평균주원시간（47．1±5．6）d ，대조조평균주원시간（57．3±7．9） d ，조간비교차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론：굉골과상골절채용중서의결합골절신요법치료，가현저개선림상증상급체정，가쾌강복진정，제고생활질량，구유비상적겁적응용개치。
objective :to study the humerus condyle fracture by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine on prognosis of new therapy to treat fracture observation .Methods :the selected 100 patients with fracture of humerus condyle on as the research object ,the ran-dom group (control group) and conventional western medicine treatment of Chinese and western medicine combined with new therapy to treat fractures (observation group) prognosis compared ,review of clinical data .Results :the observation group choose cases clinical total effective rate was 94% ,significantly higher than the control group was 76% ,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0 .05) .Observation group ,the average length of hospital stay (47 .1 + 5 .6) d control group the average length of hospital stay (57 .3 + 7 .9) d ,compare the difference between groups was statistically significant (P < 0 .05) .Conclusion :on the humerus condyle fracture using new therapy to treat fractures ,which combines traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs ,to speed up the recovery process ,improve the quality of life ,has a very positive application value .
