作为基础教育的组成部分,学前教育具有鲜明的基础性。它是基础教育之基础,是幼儿身体发育成长、感知觉以及情感发展、语言和社会适应性以及个性发展的基础。农村幼儿园“小学化”、“城市化”倾向的出现,根本原因在于背离学前教育的基础性、忽视农村学前教育地域特色。农村学前教育回归其基础性、走因地制宜特色发展之路,才能真正克服发展落后及幼儿园“小学化”、“城市化”的倾向,不断提高科学发展水平与普及程度。

As part of the basic education,pre-school education has a strong underpinning.It is the foundation of basic education,of early childhood physical development and perception and emotional development,of the development of language,social adaptability and personality. Rural kindergartens “primary-schoolization”、“urbanization”tend to appear,because of a departure from its underpinning, neglected rural pre-school education regional characteristics. Rural pre-school education of returning to its underpinning ,taking the road of according to local conditions of characteristic development can truly overcome backwardness and trend of the rural kindergartens“primary-schoolization”and“urbanization”,continues to raise the level of scientific development and penetration.
