针对车辆在运行过程中可能出现异常情况,设计了一种将车体振动加速度作为车辆运行状态信号的混合式实时监测系统。通过部署在车体内的传感器节点组成一个实时无线监测网络,采用虚拟化编程软件LABVIEW,对采集的信号进行实时分析和显示,并通过模拟实验对该监测网络予以测试验证。实验结果表明:该无线实时监测网络,具有较高的测试精度和稳定性,能有效的对车辆运行状态进行检测。

For the vehicle’s ocassional appearance of abnormal situation during running, the hybrid real-time detection system with vibration acceleration of the vehicle body as the vehicle running condition signal is designed. This system, with real-time wireless monitoring network composed of sensor nodes in the car body and the virtual programming software LABVIEW, analyzes and displays the acquired signal in real time. In order to verify the detection network, a simulation experiment is done and the experimental results indicate that this real-time wireless monitoring network, with high test accuracy and stability, could effectively detect the running state of vehicle.
