宽带高速电台的设计需要满足性能、体积、重量、功耗的平衡。简述了宽带高速电台采用的低功耗小型化的主要技术和要求,主要阐述了电源功耗控制管理、结构设计特点、信道机采用的小型化电调滤波器原理,分析了采取先进的FPGA技术成果、刚柔结合组装工艺的应用,并针对基带集成工艺技术、印制板工艺发展、MEMS 技术等对电台以后的低功耗小型化影响进行技术展望。最后结合实际设计及测试结果,介绍该电台的应用、使用效果及低功耗小型化的持续研究的必要性。

Design of broadband high radio transmitter should simultneously satisfy the balance of between the performance, size, weight and power consumption. This article briefly discusses main technologies and requirements of low-power miniaturization adopted in broadband high radio, describes in detail the power-consumption control and management, structure design feature, and the principle of miniaturized electronical-adjustment filter adopted in channel machine, and analyzes the advanced FPGA technology and the application of rigid-flexible assemblage process. Based on the low-power baseband integrated technology, the development of printed circuit board technology and MEMS technology, the effects of future low-power miniaturizaed radio are forecasted. Finally, combined with the practical design and the testing result, the article discusses the application and effect of the radio, and the necessity of continuous research on low-power miniaturization.
