利用高压反应釜模拟了某油田CO2驱油环境下DPC和TK70两种内涂层的耐CO2腐蚀性能进行了评价,对比分析了涂层油管试片和涂层油管丝扣经浸泡试验前后形貌特征。结果表明,两种油管内涂层和涂层油管丝扣具有良好附着力和较强的耐腐蚀性能,对CO2腐蚀环境具有良好的适用性。

The CO2 corrosion resistance of two kinds of internal coating DPC and TK70 were investigated by using the high pressure autoclave under simulated CO2 flooding environment. The comparative analysis was conducted on the surface morphologies of both tubing slice and tubing threads samples. The results indicated that two kinds of tubing coating and coating of oil tubing threads has good adhesion and corrosion resistance, which is adaptive for CO2 corrosion condition.
