分别对单连通直接、双连通直接、单连通半直接和双连通半直接4种冰箱压缩机吸气消声器进行了数值模拟,并对比分析了其流动性能和声学性能,结果表明:双连通吸气消声器流动性能较好,而单连通吸气消声器声学性能占优。同时,对上述4种冰箱压缩机吸气消声器进行了性能试验,进一步验证了计算分析的正确性。
分彆對單連通直接、雙連通直接、單連通半直接和雙連通半直接4種冰箱壓縮機吸氣消聲器進行瞭數值模擬,併對比分析瞭其流動性能和聲學性能,結果錶明:雙連通吸氣消聲器流動性能較好,而單連通吸氣消聲器聲學性能佔優。同時,對上述4種冰箱壓縮機吸氣消聲器進行瞭性能試驗,進一步驗證瞭計算分析的正確性。

Numerical simulation was applied separately to four types of refrigerating compressor suction mufflers consisting in single-connected direct,biconnected direct,single-connected semi-direct and biconnected semi-direct,and the flow performance and acoustic performance were analyzed contrastively.The results show that biconnected suction mufflers have better flow perform-ance,while single-connected suction mufflers have better acoustic performance.Meanwhile,performance test was also performed to the above four types of suction mufflers in refrigerating compressor,which further validated the accuracy of the calculation anal-ysis.
