目的:研究军事飞行人员代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)的患病率及飞行人员MS与颈动脉内中膜厚度(carotid artery intima-media thickness,CAIMT)的关系。方法对1032名平均年龄23~51(33.32±8.47)岁的现役军事飞行人员依照国际糖尿病联盟(International Diabetes Federation,IDF)的标准进行MS的评估,粗算患病率;并从中随机选取MS组32人,非MS组32人,进行CAIMT的研究。结果粗算现役军事飞行人员MS患病率为4.84%;关于CAIMT的研究,MS组CAIMT值明显高于非MS组(P<0.05),CAIMT≥0.9 mm组与CAIMT<0.9 mm组在年龄、体重指数、腰围、血压、空腹血糖上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Logistic回归分析结果显示腰围与CAIMT增厚之间有相关性(P<0.05)。结论现役军事飞行人员MS患病率粗算为4.84%;MS与CAIMT关系密切,腰围为本研究人群CAIMT增厚的独立危险因素。

목적:연구군사비행인원대사종합정(metabolic syndrome,MS)적환병솔급비행인원MS여경동맥내중막후도(carotid artery intima-media thickness,CAIMT)적관계。방법대1032명평균년령23~51(33.32±8.47)세적현역군사비행인원의조국제당뇨병련맹(International Diabetes Federation,IDF)적표준진행MS적평고,조산환병솔;병종중수궤선취MS조32인,비MS조32인,진행CAIMT적연구。결과조산현역군사비행인원MS환병솔위4.84%;관우CAIMT적연구,MS조CAIMT치명현고우비MS조(P<0.05),CAIMT≥0.9 mm조여CAIMT<0.9 mm조재년령、체중지수、요위、혈압、공복혈당상차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),Logistic회귀분석결과현시요위여CAIMT증후지간유상관성(P<0.05)。결론현역군사비행인원MS환병솔조산위4.84%;MS여CAIMT관계밀절,요위위본연구인군CAIMT증후적독립위험인소。
Objective To study the correlation between metabolic syndrome(MS) and carotid artery intima-media thickness(CAIMT) in pilots. Methods MS in 1 032 pilots on active service at the age of 23-51 years (mean 33.32±8.47 years) was assessed according to the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) criteria with its incidence estimated. Sixty-four pilots, randomly selected from the 1 032 pilots, were divided into MS group (n=32) and non-MS group (n=32). Their CAIMT was measured. Results The incidence of MS was 4.84%in pilots. The CAIMT was significantly higher in MS group than in non-MS group(P < 0.05). The age, BMI, waist circumference(WC), blood pressure(BP), and serum fasting glucose level were significantly different between those with their CAIMT≥0.9 mm and those with their CAIMT<0.9 mm (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the WC was closely related with the CAIMT (P<0.05). Conclusion The incidence of MS in pilots on active service is 4.84%. The MS is closely related with the CAIMT. WC is an independent risk factor for CAIMT in pilots.
