利用先锋褐煤为原料制备碳质反应剂,采用湿法工艺脱硫除铁,解决了木炭来源对生态所造成的破坏。控制一定的酸度、浓度和液固比,利用水蒸汽活化法制备标准的活性炭。在使用了特制的添加剂后,随着活化温度的升高,各种添加剂成分具有一定的协同作用,使活化时间延长,符合产品质量的要求,提高活化温度使所需活性炭的强度。通过脱硫除杂后工业实验表明,利用活性炭的吸附性或者催化性,能够将其运用于广泛的工业领域,是今后发展特异用途很重要一点。充分利用和开发活性炭的用途,具有重要的社会、经济以及环保效益。
