在回顾旅游超载研究的基础上，结合假日旅游的特点，尝试发现旅游超载对旅游体验的具体影响。通过调查在十一黄金周期间开展过旅游活动的游客，运用因子分析的统计方法，发现旅游超载对游客旅游体验的影响因素有五个方面构成，即食宿水平下降、交通出行不便、游览效果打折、综合成本增加和趋向理性消费。根据本研究的结果提出了解决此问题的相关建议。

Based on review of tourism overloading , the paper try to find the overloading on concrete tourism experience impact , combining the characteristics of holiday tourism .Choose a sample survey conducted by the tourists during the October golden week , using statistical methods of factor analysis , found that the influence factors of overloading to tourism experience composed of five aspects :accommodation standards declined , Traffic inconvenience , visit effect greatly reduced , comprehensive cost increase and tend to rational consumption .According to the results of this study ,the paper gives out some suggestions to solve this problem .
