目的：观察保守综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法将本院2011年5月~2012年5月收治的86例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分成两组，对照组采用推拿、按摩、理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症，治疗组采用推拿、按摩、理疗并配合口服三七片治疗腰椎间盘突出症，比较两组的疗效。结果推拿、按摩、理疗配合口服传统中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著，总有效率达93.02%。结论综合疗法可以调整全身状态，达到补益肝肾，通络止痛的效果。
목적：관찰보수종합요법치료요추간반돌출증적료효。방법장본원2011년5월~2012년5월수치적86례요추간반돌출증환자수궤분성량조，대조조채용추나、안마、리료치료요추간반돌출증，치료조채용추나、안마、리료병배합구복삼칠편치료요추간반돌출증，비교량조적료효。결과추나、안마、리료배합구복전통중약치료요추간반돌출증료효현저，총유효솔체93.02%。결론종합요법가이조정전신상태，체도보익간신，통락지통적효과。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive therapy in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.Methods Eighty-six lumbar disc herniation patients from our hospital from May 2011 to May 2012 were equally randomized into 2 groups. Control group massage, physiotherapy treatment of lumbar disc herniation, treatment group massage, physical therapy and oral traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, the curative effect were compared.Results Massage, physical therapy and oral traditional Chinese medicine have a good effect in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, the total effective rate was 93.02%.Conclusion Comprehensive therapy can adjust body condition to liver and kidney tonic, activating meridians to stop pain effect.
