向家坝水电站坝基岩体透水性较好,地下水丰富,且存在破碎带、软弱夹层等不良地质地层。渗控体系为防渗帷幕和坝基防渗墙联合防渗形式,防渗墙布置在重力坝坝基廊道内施工。廊道内防渗墙施工中着重研究实施了地下水控制、设备选型和出碴等技术,解决了施工难题。在不良地层中施工帷幕时,采用高喷置换和其它工艺,解决了地基中塌孔、卡孔、灌浆失水等难题,保证了渗控体系的施工质量。
嚮傢壩水電站壩基巖體透水性較好,地下水豐富,且存在破碎帶、軟弱夾層等不良地質地層。滲控體繫為防滲帷幕和壩基防滲牆聯閤防滲形式,防滲牆佈置在重力壩壩基廊道內施工。廊道內防滲牆施工中著重研究實施瞭地下水控製、設備選型和齣碴等技術,解決瞭施工難題。在不良地層中施工帷幕時,採用高噴置換和其它工藝,解決瞭地基中塌孔、卡孔、灌漿失水等難題,保證瞭滲控體繫的施工質量。
향가패수전참패기암체투수성교호,지하수봉부,차존재파쇄대、연약협층등불량지질지층。삼공체계위방삼유막화패기방삼장연합방삼형식,방삼장포치재중력패패기랑도내시공。랑도내방삼장시공중착중연구실시료지하수공제、설비선형화출사등기술,해결료시공난제。재불량지층중시공유막시,채용고분치환화기타공예,해결료지기중탑공、잡공、관장실수등난제,보증료삼공체계적시공질량。
The dam foundation rockmass of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Project is with good permeability.Here the ground water is rich.And stratum with the unfavorable geological conditions is available such as fractured zone, soft/weak interlayer, etc.The seepage control sys-tem is the combination of grouting curtain and cutoff wall on dam foundation.The cutoff wall is arranged and built in the gallery of the gravity dam foundation.During the construction of the cutoff wall in the gallery, control of ground water, type selection of equipment and debris mucking-out, etc are studied and executed especially.According, the construction difficulties are eliminated.When the grouting curtain in the stratum with the unfavorable geological conditions is constructed , the jet spraying and replacement , and other techniques are applied to avoid hole collapse, choked and grout losing, etc to assure the construction quality of the seepage control system.
