通过现场对某水电站工程左岸底孔破坏部位的详细查看和对原设计的研究分析认为因为泄水道设计体型复杂,空化数低,混凝土浇筑不密实和表面不平整所致。采用清除冲蚀破坏范围的松动混凝土至完整、密实的混凝土面,回填浇筑C40W4F200二级配抗冲耐磨硅粉混凝土、在外表面涂刷聚脲材料(SK手刮聚脲(单组分))等措施,对泄水道进行修复。同时也总结了设计经验,为今后泄水建筑设计提供了参考意见。

Through the detailed investigation on the failed position of the left bottom outlet and the analysis on its original design of one hydropower station, it concludes that the failure of the bottom outlet is caused by the incompacted concrete placement and uneven concrete surface because the outlet passage is complicated in the outline design and the cavitation number is lower.The failed outlet passage is re-paired by application of the following measures:the incompacted concrete in the failed area by scouring is removed till the integrated and compacted concrete surface.Then the C40W4F200 silicon-powder concrete which is scouring resistance and abrasion wearing is back-filled.Finally, the polyurea material (SK hand-scraped polyurea, single component) is coated on the concrete surface.Meanwhile, les-son is drawn and design experience is enriched, reference for design of outlet structures in the future is provided.
