目的：观察天南星提取物的抗炎作用并分析其机制。方法：采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、棉球诱发小鼠肉芽肿增生及醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加等三种模型，观察天南星提取物对不同炎症模型的抗炎作用。结果：天南星块茎醇提取物、乙酸乙酯提取物，天南星果实石油醚提取物均能明显抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀度（P＜0.01）；能减轻小鼠棉球肉芽肿（P＜0.01）；且能明显降低小鼠毛细血管通透性（P＜0.01，P＜0.05）。结论：天南星上述提取物具有明显的抗炎作用，其抗炎作用可能与降低血管通透性有关。本实验为其开发利用提供了科学的依据。
목적：관찰천남성제취물적항염작용병분석기궤제。방법：채용이갑분치소서이곽종창、면구유발소서육아종증생급작산치소서복강모세혈관통투성증가등삼충모형，관찰천남성제취물대불동염증모형적항염작용。결과：천남성괴경순제취물、을산을지제취물，천남성과실석유미제취물균능명현억제이갑분치소서이곽종창도（P＜0.01）；능감경소서면구육아종（P＜0.01）；차능명현강저소서모세혈관통투성（P＜0.01，P＜0.05）。결론：천남성상술제취물구유명현적항염작용，기항염작용가능여강저혈관통투성유관。본실험위기개발이용제공료과학적의거。
Objective:To observe the anti-inflammatory effectsofthe extract in Arisaemaerubescens and explore the underlying mechanism. Methods: Mice auricle edemawasinduced by dimethylbenzene, mice abdominal cavity capillary permeability was increased by acetic acid, and thegranuloma was induced by cotton pellet. The anti-inflammatory effectof the extract in differentmodels was observed. Results:Ethanol extract,ethyl acetate extract of Arisaemaerubescens (Wall.)Schott tuber and Petroleum ether extract of Arisaemaerubescens(Wall.)Schottfruit showed significant inhibitory action on auricle edema induced by dimethylbenzene in mice (P<0.01) and on penetration of capillary vessel in mice (P<0.01 or P<0.05), andsignificantly decreased the proliferation of granuloma caused by implantation cotton pellet in mice (P<0.01) Conclusion:Extract in Arisaemaerubescenshas significantanti-inflammation action, which would be related to the decreased capillary permeability. The researches provided a scientific basis for the developing and utilizing of Arisaemaerubescens.
