目的：观察紫茉莉总提物对大鼠离体子宫平滑肌自发性收缩和催产素诱发性收缩的影响。方法：取大鼠，用击打法处死，取子宫体制备离体子宫段，用生物机能系统记录离体子宫平滑肌收缩曲线，然后分别加入相应药物，观察药物对大鼠离体子宫平滑肌自发性收缩和催产素诱发性收缩的影响。结果：紫茉莉总提物可抑制大鼠离体子宫平滑肌的自发性收缩和催产素诱发性收缩，表现为收缩频率减慢和收缩张力降低。结论：紫茉莉总提物对大鼠离体子宫平滑肌自发性收缩和催产素诱发性收缩具有明显的抑制作用。
목적：관찰자말리총제물대대서리체자궁평활기자발성수축화최산소유발성수축적영향。방법：취대서，용격타법처사，취자궁체제비리체자궁단，용생물궤능계통기록리체자궁평활기수축곡선，연후분별가입상응약물，관찰약물대대서리체자궁평활기자발성수축화최산소유발성수축적영향。결과：자말리총제물가억제대서리체자궁평활기적자발성수축화최산소유발성수축，표현위수축빈솔감만화수축장력강저。결론：자말리총제물대대서리체자궁평활기자발성수축화최산소유발성수축구유명현적억제작용。
Objective: To observe the effects of total extracts from Mirabilis jalapa on the spontaneous contraction and induced contraction by oxytocin of isolated uterine smooth muscle of rat. Methods: The isolated uterine specimen was prepared from killed rats. Constriction action was recorded by the biological function system. The effect of total extracts from Mirabilis jalapa on spontaneous contraction and induced contraction on isolated rat uterine smooth muscle was analyzed. Results: The extracts from Mirabilis jalapa could inhibit the spontaneous contraction and induced contraction by oxytocin, in less contraction frequency and eased contraction tension. Conclusion: The extracts from Mirabilis jalapa have an apparently inhibitory effect on the spontaneous contraction and induced contraction by oxytocin on the isolated rat uterine smooth muscle.
