目的：探讨舌下含服特异性免疫治疗(Sublingual Immunotherapy，SLIT)配合氟替卡松治疗变应性鼻炎的有效性和安全性。方法采用患者治疗前后自身对照方法，比较39例7～60岁的变应性鼻炎患者在治疗前及免疫治疗1年、2年后的症状评分、药物评分以及不良反应发生率，评价其疗效和安全性。以SPSS17.0软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果治疗前变应性鼻炎患者的症状评分及药物评分分别为(3.22±0.66)、(3.09±1.01)分，治疗后1年分别为(1.68±0.61)、(1.89±0.64)分，治疗后2年分别为(0.61±0.22)、(1.49±0.38)分。结果表明通过免疫治疗，变应性鼻炎患者的症状和用药情况均显著改善(P值均＜0.01)，且治疗时间越长，疗效越显著。治疗过程中未发生严重不良事件，部分患者表现为口腔不适感。结论舌下含服标准化粉尘螨变应原疫苗加用氟替卡松是一种治疗尘螨过敏变应性鼻炎的安全有效方法。
목적：탐토설하함복특이성면역치료(Sublingual Immunotherapy，SLIT)배합불체잡송치료변응성비염적유효성화안전성。방법채용환자치료전후자신대조방법，비교39례7～60세적변응성비염환자재치료전급면역치료1년、2년후적증상평분、약물평분이급불량반응발생솔，평개기료효화안전성。이SPSS17.0연건대수거진행통계학분석。결과치료전변응성비염환자적증상평분급약물평분분별위(3.22±0.66)、(3.09±1.01)분，치료후1년분별위(1.68±0.61)、(1.89±0.64)분，치료후2년분별위(0.61±0.22)、(1.49±0.38)분。결과표명통과면역치료，변응성비염환자적증상화용약정황균현저개선(P치균＜0.01)，차치료시간월장，료효월현저。치료과정중미발생엄중불량사건，부분환자표현위구강불괄감。결론설하함복표준화분진만변응원역묘가용불체잡송시일충치료진만과민변응성비염적안전유효방법。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of sublingual immunotherapy with Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops in combination with fluticasone in treating allergic rhinitis.Methods 39 patients with allergic rhinitis aged from 7 to 60 years were enrolled in and treated with Dermatophagoides farinae Drops and fluticasone in this research. Before and after one or two years of treatment, Rhinitis symptoms scores, medication scores and incidence of adverse reactions were evaluated and analyzed by SPSS17.0 software.Results After one year of treatment, the symptoms and medication scores were dramatically decreased from 3.22±0.66 and 3.09±1.01 to 1.68±0.61 and 1.89±0.64 (P<0.01) respectively. After two years of treatment, they decreased to 0.61±0.22 and 1.49±0.38 (P<0.01). No severe adverse events was observed, except oral cavity discomfort in several patients.Conclusion Combination therapy of Dermatophagoides farinae Drops and fluticasone is safe and effective for allergic rhinitis.
