目的:调查沧州地区变应性鼻炎患者的变应原谱分布情况。方法对2011年5月~2013年4月间在本院就诊疑为变应性鼻炎的患者进行血清sIgE检测,统计分析其阳性变应原分布情况。结果565例患者中,307例(54.3%)血清sIgE检测呈阳性。其中吸入组变应原阳性率90.2%(277/307),显著高于食入组变应原阳性率30.6%(P<0.01)。前6位阳性变应原依次为户尘螨(29.9%),矮豚草、蒿、葎草、藜(16.1%),屋尘螨(14.5%),点青霉、分枝孢霉、烟曲霉、交链孢霉(11.7%),柏、榆、柳、栎、桦、枫、胡桃、梧桐、杨(7.4%),腰果(7.1%),其它变应原阳性率均在6%以下。狗毛皮屑(2.1%)和猫毛皮屑(1.8%)在吸入组中阳性率最低。结论户尘螨、屋尘螨和矮豚草、蒿等是沧州地区变应性鼻炎患病的主要变应原。

목적:조사창주지구변응성비염환자적변응원보분포정황。방법대2011년5월~2013년4월간재본원취진의위변응성비염적환자진행혈청sIgE검측,통계분석기양성변응원분포정황。결과565례환자중,307례(54.3%)혈청sIgE검측정양성。기중흡입조변응원양성솔90.2%(277/307),현저고우식입조변응원양성솔30.6%(P<0.01)。전6위양성변응원의차위호진만(29.9%),왜돈초、호、률초、려(16.1%),옥진만(14.5%),점청매、분지포매、연곡매、교련포매(11.7%),백、유、류、력、화、풍、호도、오동、양(7.4%),요과(7.1%),기타변응원양성솔균재6%이하。구모피설(2.1%)화묘모피설(1.8%)재흡입조중양성솔최저。결론호진만、옥진만화왜돈초、호등시창주지구변응성비염환병적주요변응원。
Objective To investigate the distributing status of sensitive allergen spectrum for patients with allergic rhinitis (AR) in Cangzhou district.Methods Serum specific IgE (sIgE), as the indicator of sensitive allergen spectrum distribution, was detected among 565 patients with clinically suspected AR in our Hospital from May, 2011 to Apr, 2013. SPSS13.0 software was used to analyze these data for sensitive allergen distribution.Results Among these 565 cases investigated, 307 were determined with positive serum sIgE (54.3%), with the positive rate (90.2%, 277/307) of sensitive allergens in inhalation group significantly higher than that (30.6%,P<0.01) in food group. The first 6 kinds of sensitive allergen with higher positive rate were household dust mites (29.9%), short ragweed, artemisia, humulus and grass quinoa (16.1%), house dust mites (14.5%); penicillium notatum, branch mould spore, smoke aspergillus and cross-linking mould spore (11.7%), cypress, elm, willow, oak, birch, maple, walnut, phoenix tree and poplar (7.4%), and cashew nuts (7.1%), while the positive rate of other sensitive allergens were all below 6%. Sensitive allergens with the lowest positive rates were dog dander (2.1%) and cat hair dander (1.8%) in inhalation allergens.Conclusions The most commonly seen sensitive allergens were household dust mites, house dust mites, short ragweed and Artemisia responsible for AR in Cangzhou district.
