地质钻孔资料是地质工作形成的最宝贵地质资料，具有重要的二次开发和利用价值。经过两年的努力，全国地质钻孔信息清查数据库建设完成。目前，如何利用该数据库向社会提供地质钻孔资料服务利用成为亟待解决的问题。为此本文重点研究了地质钻孔资料网络服务平台建设的总体设计结构及其部分功能，专题服务产品的开发思路和内容，以及地质钻孔资料网络化服务应重点解决的用户权限、涉密信息处理、平台更新维护等三个问题，并对其提出了具体解决措施和建议，以尽快实现地质钻孔资料社会化服务利用。

The data of geological drilling is the most important information of geological work ,and is of great value in the secondary development and reuse .After two years' work ,the construction of the fundamental database of national geological drilling was completed .At present ,how to use the database to provide service to the public becomes the major problem to be solved .Hence ,this paper mainly introduces the overall design and core functions of network service platform of geological drilling ,and discusses several ideas in the development of thematic service products ,and also proposes the solutions and recommendations to three key issues in the networked application which include the user rights authorization ,confidential information processing and the platform update and maintenance ,so as to achieve social service use of geological drilling data as soon as possible .
