本文采用一种新型捕收剂XL-2实现了在低温条件下的萤石浮选。XL-2具有良好的萤石选别效果和较强的抗低温性能,采用两段磨矿,一次粗选,一次扫选,七次精选,中矿1返回扫选,其余中矿顺序返回的闭路流程,获得了CaF2品位97.82%、回收率87.26%的精矿产品。

본문채용일충신형포수제XL-2실현료재저온조건하적형석부선。XL-2구유량호적형석선별효과화교강적항저온성능,채용량단마광,일차조선,일차소선,칠차정선,중광1반회소선,기여중광순서반회적폐로류정,획득료CaF2품위97.82%、회수솔87.26%적정광산품。
In this paper ,fluorite flotation at low temperature has come true by using a new collector (XL-2) .The new collector was possessed of favorable flotation effect and higher resistance to low temperature .Adopting the closed circuit which includes two-stage grinding ,one roughing ,one scavenging and seven concentrates ,middling 1 returns to scavenging and others return orderly ,a fluorite concentrate with the grade of 97.82% and recovery of 87.26% was obtained .
