通过对林南仓矿-650m水平轨道石门变形破坏机理的研究,总结了巷道变形的主要原因。设计出了壁后充填的巷道支护方式,通过FLAC3D模拟计算,该支护方式能很好地控制帮顶破碎区,将巷道围岩的应力场和位移场趋于均匀化,控制了围岩的破碎大变形。工程实践证明了模拟计算的准确性,该支护形式很好地解决了软岩巷道的变形问题,保证了矿井的安全生产。

With the study on the mechanism of deformation and failure the -650m railway gateway in LinNancang Mine ,summarizes the main reason of roadway deformation .Design a backfill support way , through the FLAC3D simulation calculation ,the supporting method can well control the life of broken zone of roadway surrounding rock ,the stress field and displacement field tends to be even ,can well control the broken surrounding rock large deformation .The engineering practice proves that the simulation accuracy ,the supporting form well solves the problem of deformation of soft rock roadway ,guarantee the safe production in the mine .
