目的:探讨动态MRI扫描产后女性盆底功能障碍影像学特点及其对女性盆低功能障碍的诊断价值。方法:选择32例产后盆底功能障碍患者作为研究组,30名产后正常女性为对照组,分别进行盆底动态MRI扫描,比较两组静态及动态MRI扫描盆底肌面积、肛提肌裂孔宽度及盆底标志线长度等参数差异。结果:研究组静态及动态MRI扫描髂尾肌、耻尾肌和耻直肌面积小于对照组,研究组动态MRI扫描髂尾肌、耻尾肌、耻直肌面积小于静态MRI扫描;研究组静态及动态MRI扫描肛提肌裂孔宽度大于对照组,研究组动态MRI扫描肛提肌裂孔宽度大于静态扫描;研究组静态及动态MRI扫描H线及M线长度大于对照组,研究组动态MRI扫描H线及M线长度大于静态扫描。结论:动态MRI扫描能够反映女性产后盆底功能障碍的盆底功能及形态变化,有助于产后盆底功能障碍的筛选及诊断。

Objective:To investigate the imaging characteristic and diagnosis vaule of dynamic MRI imaging on puerperal pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD). Methods:Thirty two cases of patients with puerperal PFD were selected as research groups and 30 cases of normal puerperal women were selected as control groups, and all people were scanned with dynamic MRI, area of pelvic diaphragm muscle, width of levator anihiatus and length of L and M straight were contrasted between research groups and control groups. Results:Area of iliococcygeus muscle, pubococcygeal muscle and puborectal muscle was lesser in research groups than in control groups in dynamic MRI imaging and statical MR imaging, Area of iliococcygeus muscle, pubococcygeal muscle and puborectal muscle was lesser in dynamic MRI imaging than in statical MR imaging in research groups;Width of levator anihiatus were larger in research groups than in control groups in dynamic MRI imaging and statical MRI imaging, width of levator anihiatus were larger in dynamic MR imaging than in statical MRI imaging in research groups;length of L ang M straight was longer in research groups than in control groups in dynamic MRI imaging and statical MRI imaging, length of L and M straight was longer in dynamic MRI imaging than in statical MRI imaging in research groups. Conclusion:Dynamic MRI imaging is good for the screening and diagnosis on puerperal pelvic floor dysfunction.
