目的:检测子宫内膜癌组织中转录因子E2F-1和Ki-67表达情况,并探讨其在子宫内膜癌中的意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测60例子宫内膜癌和32名正常子宫内膜组织中的表达。结果:子宫内膜癌组织中E2F-1和Ki-67表达定位于细胞核,其阳性表达率分别为58.33%(35/60)和85.00%(51/60),明显高于正常子宫内膜组织0和12.5%(4/32)(x2=27.71,x2=42.63;P<0.05)。两者的表达与淋巴结转移、临床病理分期有关(x2=5.79,x2=8.28,x2=11.77,x2=4.04;P<0.05);在子宫内膜癌组织中E2F-1和Ki-67两者之间比较表达无明显相关性。结论:E2F-1和Ki-67在子宫内膜癌呈高表达,且与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展和转移密切相关。

목적:검측자궁내막암조직중전록인자E2F-1화Ki-67표체정황,병탐토기재자궁내막암중적의의。방법:채용면역조직화학S-P법검측60례자궁내막암화32명정상자궁내막조직중적표체。결과:자궁내막암조직중E2F-1화Ki-67표체정위우세포핵,기양성표체솔분별위58.33%(35/60)화85.00%(51/60),명현고우정상자궁내막조직0화12.5%(4/32)(x2=27.71,x2=42.63;P<0.05)。량자적표체여림파결전이、림상병리분기유관(x2=5.79,x2=8.28,x2=11.77,x2=4.04;P<0.05);재자궁내막암조직중E2F-1화Ki-67량자지간비교표체무명현상관성。결론:E2F-1화Ki-67재자궁내막암정고표체,차여자궁내막암적발생、발전화전이밀절상관。
Objective: To determine the expression of E2F-1 and Ki-67 in the endometrial carcinoma and the significance. Methods: To detect the expressions of E2F-1 and Ki-67 in 60 cases of endometrial cancer and 32 cases of normal endometrial tissue by immunohisto chemistry S-P. Results:The expressions of E2F-1 and Ki-67 were located with the cytoplasm. The positive expression rates were 58.33%(35/60) and 85.00%(51/60) which were significantly higher than that in normal endometrial tissue in 0, 12.5%(4/32)(x2=27.71, x2=42.63;P<0.05). Both of their expressions were related with lymph nodemetastasis, clinical stage and pathological staging(x2=5.79, x2=8.28, x2=11.77, x2=4.04;P<0.05). In endometrial carcinoma, the expressions of E2F-1 and Ki-67 were negatively correlated with each other. Conclusion:E2F-1 and Ki-67 were highly expressed in the endometrial cancinoma and their expressions were related with endometrial carcinoma the development and the metastasis.
