随着中国经济环境的日渐开放和市场经济发展持续，矿业领域对民间资本开放的深度和广度不断增强，本文分析了民间资本投资矿业领域的发展历程、现状和存在的问题，认为民间资本投资矿业领域不存在制度障碍，前景广阔，在非油气领域占据主导地位、生产投资规模占比持续上升、投资形式和平台多元化发展等，但矿业领域也存在投资风险大、资金门槛高、回报周期长、专业技术高和固有的体制机制等问题，需要筑建符合矿业规律的制度环境和增强政策的执行力度。

With the gradual opening of China's economic environment and continued development of the market economy ,the depth and breadth of mining opening to private capital is on the increase .This paper analyzed the development course ,current situation and existing problems of private capital investment in the Mining area ,and concluded that there is not only no system barriers but also has broad prospects for private capital into mining .And it occupies a leading position in the field of non-oil and gas ,the investment proportion in the production scale continues to rise .Forms of investment and platform for private capital have diversified development .However ,Mining area also has some problems such as big investment risk , high capital threshold ,long payback period ,high professional technology and the inherent system mechanisms that require the construction of mining laws meet institutional environment and enhanced policy enforcement .
